Professional Qualifications
Henry has a wide range of federal and state court experience that allows him to tackle complex litigation issues and courtroom procedures of all types. After law school, he clerked for Chief Judge Robert E. Lawrence-Berrey, Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III. He then segued to federal court, clerking for the Hon. Lawrence J. O’Neill for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. He went on to clerk for the Hon. Danielle J. Forrest for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Portland, Oregon.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Henry served as a career law clerk to the Hon. Robert H. Whaley for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington. He provided valuable assistance to Judge Whaley with multiple sittings as a visiting judge on the Ninth Circuit.
Henry received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. He served as Chief Articles Editor of the Idaho Law Review. While in law school, Henry completed externships for the Hon. B. Lynn Winmill, U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the Federal Defender Services of Idaho. Henry received his A.B. in Economics from Brown University.
