Professional Qualifications
A dedicated advocate for his clients, Mr. Boulad litigates a wide range of matters, including employment, commercial, insurance coverage and intellectual property disputes. He is not afraid of pursuing all avenues to meet a client’s unique needs. Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Mr. Boulad represented a large brewery and restaurant in a shareholder dispute and a national insurance company facing a wage-and-hour action.
Mr. Boulad’s broad litigation experience provides him with the necessary skills to support clients at all phases of a case. This includes managing voluminous discovery and preparing motions. With every matter, he prioritizes listening to his clients and customizing his approach to suit both the case at hand as well as what will meet a client’s goals.
Actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association and the Bay Area Association of Muslim Lawyers, Mr. Boulad is a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from California State University in Sacramento. While in law school, Mr. Boulad was a recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Corporate Tax.
Outside of the office, Mr. Boulad loves to be outside and is a fitness enthusiast. He enjoys watching and playing basketball, and spending time with his friends and family. Mr. Boulad is fluent in Arabic.
