Professional Qualifications
Mr. Wieroniey is a diligent advisor and litigator, handling a wide range of cases, including those involving construction, cybersecurity and government contracts. He looks at each matter as a puzzle and will explore every available option to pursue the best possible outcome for a client.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Mr. Wieroniey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Zachary Noah Somers of the United States Court of Federal Claims. He also served as a legal intern for the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers Association. Before attending law school, he worked as an environmental safety specialist for four and a half years, counseling members of the American Chemistry Council and the American Coatings Association on environmental, health safety and sustainability issues, including Prop. 65 compliance.
Mr. Wieroniey earned his J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and his Bachelor of Science in environmental science and policy from the University of Maryland at College Park. While in law school, he was the symposium editor for the George Mason Law Review, a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing program, and a member of the Supreme Court Clinic, a pro bono initiative providing legal representation before the United States Supreme Court.
Outside of the office, Mr. Wieroniey enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs. He is an outdoor enthusiast and can often be found rock climbing, surfing or skiing.
