Aaron Silberman and Richard Harris to Speak at 2023 AGC California Legal Retreat

Partner and Construction Law Practice Group co-chair Aaron P. Silberman, along with senior associate Richard M. Harris, will discuss construction fraud and false claim strategies at AGC of California’s 2023 Legal Retreat in Sonoma, California. They are scheduled to speak on September 16.

During their seminar, “Strategic Attack or Dirty Bomb? Fraud and False Claims in Construction,” Aaron and Richard will dive into the fundamentals of fraud and false claims issues, as well as the federal, state and municipal law differences that both defense and plaintiff attorneys should keep in mind. They will also walk attendees through the diverse scenarios, strategic considerations and laws where these kinds of issues can arise in construction contracts, oral promises, billing and more.
