Aaron Silberman to Speak at ABA Forum on Construction Law

RJO’s Construction Law Practice Group co-chair Aaron Silberman will be a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law’s 2023 Fall Meeting. This year’s event will occur from September 27-29 in Washington, D.C.

Aaron will join KELLER’s Erin K. Cannon-Wells for the opening plenary session of the meeting to present “Adventures in Federal Construction: Traps for the Unwary.” Aaron and Erin will discuss core concepts, strategies and developments that attorneys must consider when addressing government projects. They will also address the regulatory pitfalls arising from the False Claims Act, Buy American Act, Davis-Bacon Act, Christian Doctrine and performance evaluations.
