Bob Metzger to Discuss DoD Project Cybersecurity Threats, Defense Strategies in Upcoming Webinar
Robert Metzger, head of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group, will share his insights in an upcoming webinar regarding how contractors can best ensure robust cybersecurity protection when working on U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) projects. The session, “Navigating Cybersecurity in the Defense Industrial Base: Threats, Solutions, and Compliance,” is co-hosted by Microsoft, Quzara and Carahsoft, and will take place on April 25 at 1 p.m. EST.
Described as the “father of the DoD’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)” by Washington Technology, Metzger will participate in a critical discussion on the evolving threat landscape that complex cybersecurity threats pose for the Defense Industrial Base. He will also discuss practical defense strategies and emerging regulations impacting defense project cybersecurity.
Metzger will join distinguished colleagues for this wide-ranging panel, moderated by Quzara CEO Saif Rahman.
