Henry Stegner to Moderate BASF Panel on Internal Investigations

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. associate Henry D. Stegner will moderate an upcoming panel for the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) on October 1 on what attorneys need to know about the internal investigations process.

Panelists will go over modern practices for internal investigations, including Department of Justice (DOJ) self-disclosure policies and the Northern District of California’s Pilot Whistleblower Program. Speakers will also discuss corporate investigations, self-policing, criminal investigations and subpoenas. 

Stegner will moderate the discussion among panelists Randy Luskey, partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison; John Bostic, partner at Cooley; August Gugelmann, partner at Swanson & McNamara; and Jessica Chan, senior director of government investigations and special matters for Uber Technologies. 

The panel, titled “Internal Investigations and DOJ Self Disclosure Policies,” will take place in person from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. PST at the BASF offices located at 50 Fremont Street, Suit 1700. It will be immediately followed by a reception. RJO is a sponsor of the event.
