Merri A. Baldwin Appointed to the Newly-Formed California Lawyers Association Ethics Committee

RJO Shareholder Merri A. Baldwin has been appointed to the newly-formed California Lawyers Association Ethics Committee.  The twelve-member committee will provide guidance to California lawyers on ethics issues, and plans to issue advisory opinions, provide public comment on legal ethics issues and offer educational programming. Ms. Baldwin is a former chair of the State Bar of California Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and is co-chair of the firm’s Attorney Liability practice group.  She can be reached at mbaldwin@rjo.com.
