Neil O’Donnell and Aaron Silberman gave a presentation titled “Terminations” at the Thompson Reuters Government Contracts Year in Review Conference in February 2023. Neil presented on terminations for default, and Aaron presented on terminations for convenience. This was the 32nd consecutive year that RJO lawyers have presented the terminations session at this conference.
