RJO Associate Henry Stegner Presented on Evolving California Solar Laws at the AGC California Legal Advisory Committee’s Northern California Meeting

On Tuesday December 12, 2023, Henry Stegner presented at the AGC California’s Legal Advisory Committee’s Northern California meeting hosted at the offices of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell.

His presentation discussed the evolving solar laws in California, and he discussed today’s high-stakes appeal being heard about the California Public Utilities Commission’s implementation of the updated net billing tariff for solar customers.
